Level 2: Busy
Say YES to every opportunity (+ create new opportunities) and fill out your time with activities that are more beneficial to you than watching TV, watching news, and scrolling social media.
Examples: get more work, get involved in more projects, get more responsibilities, be more engaged in activities, be involved in groups, start new hobbies, meet people, etc.
Level 3: Feeling Good
Spend more time on activities that make you feel good in the short-term AND the long-term.
Level 4: Prioritization Master
Prioritization on your one thing.
Level 5: Planning Master
Being able to plan your entire day/week/month & stick to your plan.
Level 6: Optimization Master
Improve your focus, your prioritized time, and your energy.
Level 7: Life Master
Present, in the flow, and/or deeply focused 24/7.
