How to Get Your Vision
What do you want?
Nothing.
Well, that's the problem.
You can have anything in life, just not everything.
You can have a vision for everything. Wealth, health, relationships, whatever...
But today we'll focus on the number 1 focus for any man: the mission, providing for the family, making an impact, helping people, and making this world a better place.
The only thing that motivates you is to avoid hard work. (but even this doesn't motivate you much)
That's okay because we are more motivated by avoiding pain than gaining pleasure.
So let's focus on that.
You want the freedom to not worry about money ever again.
And actually, it doesn't sound so hard.
You see people becoming millionaires within a year.
You see people making $10k within a month.
You see people becoming world-class marketers and copywriters within a year.
Doesn't this inspire you?
Of course it does.
You can do it too.
The trap is to not compare yourself with others.
Focus on yourself.
How can you get 1% better at your money making skills every day?
Deliberate practice.
You are already decent at marketing.
Frank Kern would say that you are better than 99.99% of the people in marketing.
And every business needs great marketing to survive.
There is a giant hole in the market.
You fill in the gaps, you get money.
It's simple.
And actually, you love marketing, it's super interesting.
You know that this is the way (for now).
There you have it, your vision: improve your marketing skills until you are so confident that you don't have to worry about money ever again.
Arnold Schwarzenegger says in his book Total Recall that his worst nightmare is 'his mom waking him up saying that he is two hours late at his work at the factory while he was dreaming of the life that he could have'.
Keep that image in mind.
Visualize the pain of having to work hard at a shitty job for pennies with an annoying boss while you make 0 impact in the world VS the freedom of money.
Survival is the first step.
Survive so you can thrive.
Keep the vision in mind.
