The Vision That You Don't Have

Step 1 is the vision.

But you don't even have step 1.

So you are stuck.

Running against a wall again and again.

The vision may be the single most important thing for a human.

But you just live like a wild animal.

You don't have any hopes and dreams.

You just live day to day.

Eat, sleep, suffer, repeat.

You do dream.

You love thinking and you think a lot.

But you don't have a true vision.

A vision that pulls you forward from deep in your soul.

Yes, you know things you want: become rich, build a family, have great friends, make the world a better place, improve skills, have fun, etc etc...

But nothing substantial, no deep gut feeling or something from the heart that makes you wake up ready to conquer the world every morning.

MrBeast has this indescribable desire to make the best possible YouTube videos.

Elon Musk has this indescribable mission to make humans an interplanetary species. (+ help environment and do plenty of other stuff beneficial for humanity while looking at the gaps in the market at the same time to make money)

Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan were always looking forward to their next ring.

Arnold Schwarzenegger is basically the vision guy. He had visions for everything he wanted to achieve.

And you? Where the hell is your vision?

You are just damn lazy.

You don't even cultivate step 1.

It's easy to get inspiration.

But you don't even get desperation.

You are just indifferent, overwhelmed with random instant gratification.

The worst part is that you understand all that.

You know ALLL the theory.

You know about discipline, dopamine detox, nightmare mode.

You know about psychological biases, willpower, habit building.

You know about spirituality, presence, God.

You know about desires, instincts, neurobiology.

You know about goal-setting, fear-setting, planning.

You know the miracle morning, the meditation, the visualization, the affirmation, the law of attraction, the nutrition, the exercising, the reading, the writing, the journaling.

I could go on and on.

What is the solution?

I don't know.

You know all the hacks: changing environment, burn the boats, dopamine detox, etc etc...

But you won't get yourself to do them anyway.

Menno Henselmans wrote in a recent Facebook post that people who have the most success with weight loss start big.

Alex Becker also has a YouTube video about how you need to make big changes.

So I believe that you need to make big changes.

Test, get feedback, test again.

Fail fast, fail hard, fail often.

Step 1 of step 1 is to get the vision of having a vision.

So maybe tomorrow, let's write the plan to get a vision.
