How to Make Yourself Feel Good
What does it mean to feel good?
You are aware of your body and you just feel it.
You just know it from the information in your brain.
Dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, or whatever, it doesn't matter.
But first of all, you need to be aware of your body.
That's why mindfulness and meditation training helps you feel good.
Then you want to avoid feeling bad because feeling bad can take all your focus away from feeling good.
The main thing for you to avoid feeling bad is accepting reality and being aligned with what you want in the present moment.
Peace is in harmony.
When feelings and reality are in harmony, there is complete peace.
When there is peace, there is no negative feeling.
So now we have inner peace, joy, and unconditional love from being present.
It is time to stack positive feelings even more.
What makes you feel the best?
{Food, sex, hugs, electronic music, art & nature, dancing, skiing, snowboarding, squash, padel, table tennis, basketball, playing Guild Wars hero ascension, playing Civilization board game with Diego, playing Whist and Spades, drinking & talking & drinking games with friends, getting inspired by successful people, Jimmy Carr, Eleceed, Davie504, TheDooo, Harry Mack, stories, learning from wise people, and teaching people & giving value} + {making fast progress towards your vision} + {achieving things and getting opportunities/gifts/rewards} + {high energy, good focus}
So you have to combine the fulfillment of living aligned with your life purpose + achieving milestone goals + creating opportunities that give you gifts and rewards + doing activities that make you feel good and give you pleasure (+ not have negativity).

Step 1: have a strong vision (otherwise you will feel bad because you will be searching for your purpose and that will create disharmony)
Step 2: set goals that make you feel good + give you opportunities, gifts, and rewards
Step 3: spend most of your time doing activities that make you feel good
All of this while you are minimizing negative feelings. (+ improve energy and focus)
