How to Regain Your Long Lost Self-Trust & Self-Respect
You never keep your promises to yourself.
You lie to yourself.
You lost trust in yourself.
You say "I'll do that" then you do something completely different.
You plan to have a productive day, then you procrastinate.
You want to create something new today, but you fall back into your bad habits.
And the same BS happens over and over and over and over again.
F man.
Come on.
Do something.
You are better than this.
You are worth more than this.
You know that you deserve all the love and happiness in the world.
And you are not alone.
God is with you.
In fact, you are God.
You can make anything happen because you create your own reality.
Nobody else sees what you see. Your world is unique.
The Bible says that God created the world in 6 days.
But let's contradict that.
You are the God that creates your own world Now, constantly, without rest.
You are in a constant state of creation.
But there is a paradox.
Something is not aligned.
Something is not in harmony.
Something is not right.
Right now, you are not creating from a place of freedom.
Your ego is in the way.
Your reptilian brain is in the way.
Your survival instincts are in the way.
Because your brain's main priority is survival.
Your brain will compromise your freedom, your happiness, and everything else, just for you to survive.
Your brain doesn't understand that you can HAVE IT ALL.
Your brain doesn't know what's possible.
Your brain doesn't know what it is to have goals like inner peace, success, and freedom.
When you are making a decision or taking action, you are held back by your bad habits, your survival instincts, and your desire for alternatives.
You let these things control you.
And you lose your freedom.
You are walking with shackles and a heavy backpack.
It is easier to just give up and take the easy way out.
But each time you take the easy way out, you lose just a little bit of your self-trust and your self-respect.
And the more you repeat this process, the heavier the shackles and the backpack become.
You lose more and more of your trust and respect for yourself until there is nothing left.
You may even start to distrust, disrespect, and hate yourself.
And you know what?
That's totally okay.
Everybody goes through this.
It doesn't matter what your current situation is.
What matters is: what you are going to do about it.
So what's next?
Accept everything.
Don't make promises to yourself you know you can't keep.
Strive to be 100% honest with yourself and always look for the truth.
Create small success spirals, small wins where you do what you say you will do + enjoy these wins regularly.
Regain your self-trust and self-respect little by little.
Create the life of your dreams.
Now.
One step at a time.
