Autogenic training is the most relaxing type of meditation in my opinion.
When your body is completely relaxed, it is physiologically impossible to feel negative emotions.
Taking deep breaths and relaxing your body can always help you calm down and make you avoid getting overwhelmed by negativity.
You can practice taking deep breaths + consciously relaxing your muscles.
