I spent 8 years procrastinating at the university in Belgium.

I spent $4.5k on a business mastermind and that made me completely broke.

I spent 10 000+ hours on porn... Oops, forget about this one, it's not true (yes, really).

Now I'm still lazy and broke but I learned a few things along the way.

I never procrastinate anymore.

Why?

Because I define procrastination as planning something then delaying or not doing it.

So if I don't plan, I don't procrastinate.

The single most useful procrastination/productivity tip I can give you is to not plan something you will not do.

If you procrastinate a lot, you probably have a good sense of what you will procrastinate on and what will be easy for you to take action on.

But of course, to be very productive, you need to plan a lot and take action on your plan.

But how can you focus if you have so many things to do?

I only focus on one main priority per day.

I have 1! tiny challenge per day. (the difficulty of my challenge is correlated with my motivation)

If I complete my challenge, my day is great. The rest is bonus.

I have a lot of things planned and a huge task list but I only focus on one tiny challenge per day.

Try it out, it's liberating.

It stops your procrastination and it skyrockets your productivity because you become better every day with compounding interest.

Now you stopped procrastinating and started being more and more productive.

Congratulations!
